Creativity Club

Introducing techniques such as Superheroes, the Creativity Club concept provides a systematic approach to introducing creativity into an organisation – no residential weekends with expensive (and fancy) consultants, but a practical, integrated approach to transforming a business – initially by providing a structured mechanism for problem solving, but inevitably leading into a mechanism for transforming the culture of a business.
A Creativity Club within a business will follow a standard approach:
Company-wide presentation on Creativity – soliciting volunteers for Club membership
Training a core of facilitators in creative problem solving and associated techniques
Club meetings – max 1 hour with max 6 members at any one time
Creative ideas and culture change will surely follow
